LEARNING BY TRAVELLING: 2019 EDITION OF THE 3-DAY EDUCATIONAL TOUR FOR STUDENTS OF THE MASTER’S DEGREE IN AGRICULTURAL SCIENCES
The 2019 edition of the 3-days educational visit for the students of the master’s degree in Agricultural Sciences was attended by 42 students and 5 teachers (Proff. Crovetto, Calcante, Oberti, Masseroni and Sandrucci).
The tour included stops in the provinces of Reggio Emilia, Ferrara, Mantua, Parma, Verona, Bergamo. Livestock, fruit and wine farms, a dairy and a Consortium of water management were visited and a variety of topics were touched from precision agriculture, to the environmental sustainability of productions, to the transformations due to global warming, the regulatory framework and the economic context.
