THE VITICULTURE AND ENOLOGY 3-YEAR DEGREE COURSE MORE AND MORE ORIENTED TOWARDS THE PRODUCTION SECTOR
From the academic year 2019/20 the 3-year degree course in Viticulture and Enology improves its training offer, strengthening the preparation of students who face practical-application training at a vineyard between the second and third year. In fact, this is probably the most important step for a profitable contact and a deep knowledge of the wine production system.
More in detail, taking precise requests from the specific working world, and in close connection with the Informatics and Statistics modules, a new teaching course of “Data management of the vine and wine company” was added, finalized to a better knowledge of production dynamics, management and process. This solution will allow to enter immediately, without uncertainty and more efficiently, in the activities that the trainees will be called to carry out.
