UniMont joins the event “Technology and Innovation as Allies for a Smart Rural Development – Smart villages for a lively future in remote areas”

What are Smart Villages? How can the new technologies support small mountain villages in identifying and implementing strategic actions to promote entrepreneurship and foster the development of innovative services for the local population?
These are the questions that the UNIMONT will answer with a speech entitled “Smart villages for a lively future in remote areas” with the aim to offer useful information on the vision that European Commission has on this issue and to analyse some interesting yet inspiring European and Basque experiences.
